Bournemouth...and on further investigation, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast, was the subject of our first weekend overnight. Our drive down through the
New Forest National Park was mostly nasty weather and rain, but by the time we made our way to the coast (my
previous entry on Milford on Sea) the weather was a bit nicer. In fact, the following day was quite nice, so we drove down to Lyme Regis and walked around the town, then made our way back up the coast to the place we were staying in Bournemouth. Here are a few photos of the day along the
Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site.
