Different Paths

A couple days ago I started thinking about different paths. Both as a metphor and literally

Faces of Oxford

Before I left Oxford, I spent time wandering around with the camera and taking photos of the various stone people, animals etc found on the old buildings there. Hundreds of them. Here are just a small number from one such wandering.

Castlerigg Stone Circle

From back in May, a visit to the Lake District in England. The setting for Castlerigg Stone Circle is on a hill top over looking the valleys below and the mountains in the background, just awesome first thing in the morning.

London Eye

It was a bit of a rainy, cloudy day, but we went into London anyway. We're running out of time to be to picky about weather and we wanted to visit Westminster Abby before the spring crowds arrive. This meant we also missed crowds for the London Eye and Churchill's War Room. Here are some photos of "the eye".
