First Class

I walked a bit north from Oxford and Wolvercote today along the canal path. My gut feeling is that I have a different idea as to what "First Class" means...

Ardley with Fewcott – St Mary's

I drive by this little church to and from work, depending on traffic. So I decided to stop in the afternoon on the way home to take some photos of the cemetery surrounding the church.

Along the Oxford Canal, Part 2

A few photos from this weekend's wanderings along the canal. At some point I should go back and do some more photos from along the canal. I tend to walk along it at least a few times a week. Watching the three cygnets grow has been really neat, and today the first of their white feathers were really evident.

St Sepulchre's Cemetery

So in the process of reading up about Wolvercote Cemetery, I also saw mention of, and started reading about St Sepulchre's Cemetery. It is conveniently along the way of my typical walk to town via the Oxford Canal path. I ended up spending some time there this morning. I was the only one around. It also prompted me to see a little bit different part of town (the Jericho section).
